THE ASSOCIATION |

The Hellenic Cement Industry Association was founded in 1962 and is
based in Athens. The Association is a non-profit organization financed
through its members, the cement companies, aiming at the promotion,
spreading and improvement of the use of cement, by:
- research
- education
- providing information and counseling
- cooperative action (participation in technical and professional
committees)
The association is a member of and collaborates with the European
Cement Association «CEMBUREAU». This cooperation with
CEMBUREAU, provides information concerning technical issues, production,
investments, structure as well as commercial issues for both the
domestic and the foreign market.
